Meet the Guinea Pigs, I mean Workout Warriors!!

 
We have a great group of people who are all trying to get in better shape and lose some weight.  We have decided to track our progress and workout together and see if we can really do what some of these infomercials claim.  We are going to be doing the "Insanity" workouts.  It seems like an awesome program and we are all really excited. Well lets meet everyone.


Ariel "Sensei" Manduley
Starting weight: 221 lbs
Goal: "Insanity is going to help me reach my goal weight of 210.  I expect my body to reflect a more leaner toner core.   Obtain additional flexibility, agility and muscular look."


Miguel "Geldie" Lasaga
Starting weight: 340 lbs
Chest: 56"
Waist: 53"
Body Fat Percentage - 33%
Goal: "I am planning on following this program for the full 60 days.  I am hoping to lose weight, inches and body fat.  I strongly believe with these workouts, a healthy diet and this wild group of guys joining me, that I will succeed with my goals."


Rene "Bomba" Diaz
Starting weight: 187 lbs
Goal: "I want to get fit, lose 20 pounds and look like Ariel when I am done(lol)...."


Carlos "Buck" Hincapie
Starting weight: 166 lbs
Goal: "Lose some weight and get in shape."



Ismael "Kong" Pabon
Starting weight: 274 lbs
Goal: "Lose 40 lbs. Ultimate Goal 210 lbs."


Tim Farrand
Starting weight: 254 lbs
Goal: "Considerable weight loss and cardio conditioning to improve my health."


Tim Catron
Starting weight: 196 lbs
Goal: "I want to see if I still have abs hidden in my belly...."

Steven "Spiker" Lee
Starting weight: 226 lbs
Goal: "I want to lose weight and really improve my conditioning.  Dunking a basketball would also be nice."


Jenna Horn
Starting weight: 136 lbs
Goal: "To lose weight and to redefine my current definition of a six-pack."


Giselle Wong Won
Starting weight: 134 lbs
Goal: "Just looking to get back in shape, hopefully for the (dragon boat) race season."
